I understand that Runetrack's basic services are free for personal use

I understand that Runetrack reserves the right to bill users in the future for continued use of its services or for high-tiered services with user's consent

I understand that Runetrack's services may be discontinued, blocked from use, or removed at any time, for any reason - with our without prior notice

I understand that misuse of Runetrack's services and assets including server abuse, improper usage of supplied information, redistribution or sale and/or resale of service(s) or supplied information is prohibited and subject to legal action at the fullest extent of law

I provide Runetrack full consent to request data from the RuneScape API servers on my behalf at least two times daily and for each direct request

I authorize Runetrack to collect information about my usage to help optimize my user experience. Details about this can be found in the Privacy Policy below

I understand that Runetrack's Terms as well as Privacy Policy are subject to change and that I am responsible for making sure I am up to date with the ToS as per use

How information is collected

Cookies

Cookies can often be irresistable. Being the generous service that it is, Runetrack likes to give cookies to your machine so that they can optimize user experience by tracking the most frequent page requests made

Request Logs

Information may be collected through service request logs. This may occur as frequently as at a day-to-day basis or at a per-request basis

Which information is collected

Personal

Any information obtainable at the server-level or the user's browser-level may be collected. This may include information about the user's Operating System, Browser, and Version. In addition, the user's Local Timezone and IP Address may be collected

Usage

Details about usage and web requests may be stored. This may include information about how many visits the user incurs over a time period, what the user searched, what the most visited webpages are, and at what times the searches occurred

How information is used

At this time, user information collected is used only for user experience optimization internally and will not be shared with third-party services
